Wrap Conceptz Ltd ("Wrap Conceptz," "we," "us") operates wrapconceptz.com and provides vehicle protection and customization services from 7500 Highway 27, Unit 16a, Woodbridge, Ontario L4H 0J2. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, service interest, preferred contact method, and your message. If you text or email us photos of your vehicle, we receive and keep those photos with your request. If you call us, we collect the details you share during the call.
Why we collect it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, schedule and perform your service, and follow up on work we have done for you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
How your information is handled
Quote form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a form processing service that transmits your submission to our email. Formspree processes this data on our behalf; you can review its privacy policy at formspree.io. Our website is hosted on servers that may store standard access logs. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Retention
We keep enquiry and customer records only as long as needed to serve you, honour warranties on completed work, and meet legal and tax obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we are required to keep.
Your rights

Analytics and cookies
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future to understand how visitors use the site, it will collect aggregate usage data, not information that identifies you personally, and this policy will be updated to reflect it.
